We are pleased to share that 11 Belgrave/Quadrum has been shortlisted for the 2026 Association of Professional Landscapers (APL) Awards in the Commercial Garden category.
Delivered for our client Rochford Construction Limited, the project showcases a collaborative approach to creating high-performing, ecologically led urban landscapes.
Designed by Gillespies, the landscape prioritises biodiversity, resilience, and seasonal interest—contributing significantly to the development’s BREEAM Excellent rating. Due to site constraints, access was limited, and many of the items used were lifted into position with careful coordination and planning.
Planting highlights include:
• Acer palmatum and Magnolia kobus for structure and seasonal impact
• Geranium macrorrhizum ‘Album’, Epimedium perralchicum ‘Frohnleiten’, and Carex oshimensis ‘Everdi’ for groundcover and shade tolerance
• Bulbs such as Narcissus ‘Thalia’, Tulipa sylvestris, and Galanthus nivalis to enhance ecological value and seasonal character
