KLG were thrilled to be invited to play 5 a side for Charity on Friday 15th September 2023, hosted by Countryside Partnerships West London, part of the Vistry Group.
It was wonderful to see such a huge turnout in support of this years charity the Alzheimer’s Society, and with all the proceeds from the £2000 entry fee being donated.
Held at Powerleague in Shepards Bush, the warm-ups began at 11am with kick-off at 12.30pm. It was quite a warm one for the boys on Friday, however they were quick to get into the swing of things and the competitive spirit was strong. The KLG made it through to the semi-final, winning an impressive 4 games out of 6, unfortunately they did not take home the win this time.
