A perfect lawn, year round. Once an impossibility, today you can achieve this with low maintenance, high quality artificial grass. ​Many are attracted to the low maintenance that artificial grass offers – there’s no mowing and no watering to be done, yet a clean and attractive look is preserved.

We use only high quality artificial grass from carefully chosen suppliers, working with you to choose the right kind of artificial grass for your project. Whether you are looking for a super soft luxurious feel, or a hard wearing pile – there’s an artificial grass to fit your requirement. You can even adjust the shade of grass for that finishing touch.

Whether it’s a full sports facility, school boundary treatments or sympathetic natural willow woven panels we can install the boundary treatments to keep your facility secure.

Our fencing service can cater for all manner of boundary treatments whether it be wood, metal, bespoke or off the shelf. Timber retaining walls and natural willow woven screens are also available installed by our own experienced teams.

Creative use of paths and paving can set off your installation to its best effect, providing year round interest as well as practical use.

There will inevitably be some elements of hard landscaping to install in most of the schemes we price. Although we do not specialise in proving large areas of utilitarian paving, we do offer an installation service for bespoke areas of paving, pathways and terraces, including natural stone and setts.

We also offer a selection of gravels and rolled gravels for less formal situations. Our surveyors will be able to make recommendations based on your unique requirements and budgets.

Making the most of any playground area is essential. We install artificial surfaces for bright and stimulating play or natural materials for a more sympathetic feel.

Topsoil

The essential ingredient to any quality, sustainable landscaping scheme is the medium on which it is grown. Sounds common sense but its fact this is often overlooked when trying to cut corners to supposedly save money. How often have we seen the most wonderful, expensive plants being purchased/sourced only to turn up on site and faced with a shallow infertile soil, full of brick-batts spread as thinly as possible over a sub-base of compacted hardcore and site debris?

We will liaise at the outset of any scheme and champion the use of good quality soils, correct preparation of sub-soil below and adequate depths of topsoil.

Our people are conversant with soil handling techniques, understand the formation of a correct ‘soil horizon’ and we supply (and get tested if need be) good quality soils and loams for all applications.

Turf Laying 

We are highly experienced at laying turf – last year, we laid enough turf to re turf Wembley Stadium 24 times!

We work closely with a variety of suppliers to ensure that you get the perfect turf when you need it, providing that fresh green look that is so desirable.

KLG provide complete tree care services including reports/advice for tree condition surveys. All our work conforms to British Standards and we are fully insured.

Tree works is an essential part of our service. No landscape in London would be complete without its trees. Caring for established trees is also of paramount importance to ensure that age and living in London does not take its toll, especially within schools and public open spaces.

We provide full reports/advice and tree condition surveys.

Felling work, pruning, stump grinding and all associated works are carried out by our fully trained and insured operatives, working to specific method statements/risk assessments producing work that conforms to the relevant British Standard.

We can also supply tracked mulching machines and large scale kit for dealing with large volumes of timber, which doesn’t happen that often within central London!

Water features enhance any city or urban landscape by providing additional movement and sound, blocking out any background distractions. When further enhanced by discreet lighting systems these provide a focal point and interest at any time of day or night.

Irrigation systems

To keep your urban landscape in tip-top condition you need to ensure you have access to irrigations systems or automated watering controls. Kingston Landscape Group will install these as part of your contract and providing a one-stop shop for all your urban landscaping requirements.
