Lower Marsh

The Lower Marsh project comprised the transformation of an existing office building into a contemporary, sustainable workspace, enhanced by extensive external garden areas designed to support wellbeing and usability.

The scheme required the careful coordination of complex landscape works, including the install of balustrades, bespoke and freestanding planters, trellis systems, two living green walls, a water feature, custom-designed benches, and integrated hard and soft landscaping.

All trees and planting were specifically selected, with stock chosen and tagged at Wyevale Nurseries during a joint visit by the Contract Manager and Lead Architect who ensured consistency, quality, and design intent were maintained from nursery to installation.

The project was supported by a range of specialist suppliers, including Design for City Spaces for bespoke benches, planters and balustrades, Waterscapes/RH Phillips for the water feature, Mobilane for the green walls, S3i for the trellis systems, GreenBlue Urban for tree accessories and root space system, and Wyevale Nurseries for all trees and planting stock, enabling a fully coordinated and high-quality landscape delivery.
