Sales & Marketing Assistant

An excellent opportunity has arisen at Kingston Landscape Group for a Sales and Marketing Assistant. The role will be based out of our head office in Egham and will report directly to the company Directors. KLG are a soft and Hard Landscaping contractor predominantly servicing main contractors and developers across central London and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update company websites using WordPress
  • Create marketing materials using Canva and other design software
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver integrated marketing campaigns
  • Support and manage print advertising, liaising with suppliers and publications
  • Manage and grow social media channels, including content creation and scheduling
  • Deliver internal marketing communications across departments
  • Support promotional activities and events for our two nurseries
  • Represent the company at relevant trade shows and industry events
  • Produce marketing performance reports for Directors and Senior Management
  • Provide marketing support to Commercial and Domestic Managers to drive sales and business growth

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Social media management experience (content creation, scheduling, and engagement)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident copywriting and proofreading ability
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to analyse basic marketing data and produce reports

Desirable:

  • Experience with WordPress
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Design skills using Canva or similar software
  • Basic photography and video content creation/editing skills
  • Understanding of SEO principles
  • Experience with Google platforms (e.g. Analytics, Ads, Search Console)
  • Email marketing experience (e.g. Mailchimp or similar platforms)
  • Event coordination or trade show experience
  • Understanding of brand management and maintaining brand consistency
  • Full, clean driving licence.

Days / Hours of work – Monday – Friday 8-4pm

Will consider part time.

Unfortunately due to the nature of the role we are unable to consider remote working.

Salary – £30,000 per annum.
